Davy Jones owned a groovy little boutique at 217 Thompson Street in Greenwich Village. Gloria Stavers had intruduced us to the pre-Monkees David Jones when he was a young Broadway star in "Oliver" and a solo recording artist. Gloria was there to support her friend at the store's opening, and Zilch was immediately flooded with catalog requests from 16 Magazine readers (I wish I had one to show you!)
